SUMMARY
Broken layout when there's no connection on Plasma 6. Check screenshot.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disconnect ethernet cable if you're on a desktop PC

OBSERVED RESULT
The "No available connections" info is cut off

EXPECTED RESULT
The "No available connections" info should be centered

ConnectionListPage: move PlaceholderMessage into ListView

Centering stuff in a ScrollView is unreliable, but it works as expected
in a ListView.
