SUMMARY

When using an international keyboard (English, US, with dead keys) in konsole single or double quotation marks are not typed. 
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open konsole
2. Switch to US English interntional keyboard 
3. Type ' or " with a blank space after it. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
a ' or " should be typed in konsole.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 23.04
