SUMMARY

In Mageia 9 9 (x86_64), dolphin 23.04.1 does not retain Folder,tabs and window state from last time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. dolphin->Settings->Startup->Show on startup=Folder,tabs and window state from last time.
2. exit dolphin
3. restart dolphin 

OBSERVED RESULT
Open tabs have disappeared

EXPECTED RESULT
Open tabs as before restart

Mageia 9 9 (x86_64)
kernel version: 6.4.9-desktop-4.mga9 (64-bit)
dolphin 23.04.1
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5

I don't reproduce on kubuntu.

Mageia 9 update of 9/11/23 fixed the problem although the dolphin version didn''t change!
