For reference, I'm using color scheme called "Blank"

I went to kinfocenter from start menu, and noticed that there is a small horizontal margin at the bottom. It can be dragged, like title bar or pre-kirigami empty application content area.

To make it disappear it is enough to select a different item from left sidebar, after returning to main page "margin" is gone.

Starting kinfocenter from systemsettings doesn't trigger any such bug.

Here's console output while it is occuring, not sure if those errors are relevant:

Detected locale "C" with character encoding "ANSI_X3.4-1968", which is not UTF-8.
Qt depends on a UTF-8 locale, and has switched to "C.UTF-8" instead.

This area is draggable either way.
It's quite harder to see with Breeze color scheme.

Can confirm. This seems to be a fairly recent regression. Will  investigate.
