If you drag a window to another desktop with the "Wobbly window" effect enabled, the effect will break for a fraction of a second. Even though it is insignificant, it hurts your eyes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the ability to drag windows to other desktops (Settings -> Workspace Behavior -> Screen Edges -> Switch desktop on edge).
2. Enable "Wobbly window" effect in settings (Settings -> Workspace Behavior -> Desktop Effects)
3. Drag any window to another desktop and watch the wobbly animation stop for a fraction of a second.

OBSERVED RESULT
The rippling animation is interrupted for a fraction of a second.

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal animation playback
