STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open a picture where the user only has read and access permissions
2.  Rotate an image
3.  Close the Gwenview

OBSERVED RESULT
Gwenview asks to save the changes. Clicking on 'save all changes' results in an error.

EXPECTED RESULT
Gwenview does not ask to save changes if it can't do so for any picture.

It could instead also ask to save changed pictures in a different folder, optionally keeping the folder structure.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Gwenview 25.08.0?
