STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Video -> Video Move Up several times.

OBSERVED RESULT
The video moves up once or twice, but after that it won't move more up. Similarly with moving it down.

EXPECTED RESULT
The video should move up every time I select Video -> Video Move Up.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 23.04 with kubuntu backport PPA
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.7
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.109.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The weird thing is that if I move the window to the left then I can move it up one more time, and if I move it to the left again, then I can again move it up once more. If I then move it to the right and then try to move it up it instead moves down. Bizarre!
