We need at least one DebugView log. Download DebugView from Microsoft. Activate the option for internal debugging in the digiKam Setup under Miscellaneous-> System, exit digiKam and start DebugView, start digiKam. Try to reproduce the crash. Upload the log in the DebugView window here. Maik I tried the quality sorter tool under Linux a lots with clang analyzer on my huge collection and I do not see any special dysfunction. I suspect a file loader crash. Did you use heif images in your collection ? We needs also to know the settings used to parse collection from your computer. @Cadasur, This problem still reproducible with the new digiKam 8.2.0 pre-release Windows installer available at usual place: https://files.kde.org/digikam/ This new bundle is based on last Qt framework 5.15.11 and KDE framework 5.110. Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier This crash is not reproducible with digiKam compiled under Windows with VCPKG. digiKam 8.2.0 pre-release installer is here : https://files.kde.org/digikam/unstable/ Gilles Caulier |
