SUMMARY
Deleting files doesn't remove them from search results

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Search for something
2. Delete something from the results

OBSERVED RESULT
Deleted item doesn't disappear until you manually reload the results (F5)

EXPECTED RESULT
Deleted item immediately disappears
