SUMMARY
Currently the screenshot portal only supports taking full screen (all monitors), current screen and active window screenshots. I'd like to see a rectangular region option, similar to what Spectacle offers 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a flatpak app with screenshot portal support (like https://flathub.org/apps/com.belmoussaoui.Decoder)
2. Go to "Scan" and click on the QR code icon
3. Options are limited to the ones mentioned above

Unfortunately the upstream protocol that we adhere to does not specify this; see https://flatpak.github.io/xdg-desktop-portal/#gdbus-org.freedesktop.portal.Screenshot.

It would have to be changed there first, and then we could implement support for it here.
