1. App crashes when configuring Kalendar

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Configure
2. Select Configure Kalendar
3.  Select Calendars

OBSERVED RESULT

App crashes

2.  Cannot add Accounts

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Configure
2. Select Accounts
3. Select Add Account

Returns an empty window with window title of "Add New Calendar Sour..."
