SUMMARY
Plasma is showing duplicated devices each time they get reconnected, in my specific case, when my monitor hibernate, the hdmi audio device is unplugged and, when it return, a new audio device is been showed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open SystemSettings
2. Go to Audio
3. Go to HDMI / DisplayPort Device
4. Change the Profile to Off.
5. Change it back to Original or any other.
6. A new device shows up in Audio and on KMix.

OBSERVED RESULT
Devices been duplicated.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only show audio devices which are plugged in.
