audio devices list in systemsettings

SUMMARY

Systemsettings Audio section shows duplicated devices or no longer available devices. I noticed it with my headphones (see screenshot below). I'm not 100% sure, but I could have seen the same issue with other devices (soundbar, for example).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Attach and remove sound devices (tested with headphones)

OBSERVED RESULT
Multiple sound devices are shown in the device list

EXPECTED RESULT
Only the active device should be present

Forgot to mention: I'm using pipewire, and the devices list provided by `wpctl status` is just fine (see 2nd screenshot)
