STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. move one or more picture from an album to an another
2. clicking on Image preview
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Digikam is fully blocked

Unfortunately, the debug log is without the Qt-Debug Variable exported in the terminal. The only suspect is that the file modification date could not be restored. Do you have full writing rights on the directory? A harddisk error would also be conceivable. In any case, the problem cannot be reproduced here with the Appimage.

No, I don't see the last message from Maïk

As I'm only a final user of Digikam, the technical level of the exchange was too high for me. Therefore, I didn't follow this bug.

Till today, I'm still using the 8.1.0 version that works correctly.

Where could I found the last message of Maïk ?
