The VPN area is relly well visible in the Systemsettings page. But in the nm popup only connected ones are shown.

To get rid of the overabundant proprietary VPN Apps like Proton, Mullvad or even worse, it would be great to have a VPN tab/section/drawer where all VPN options are stored.

It is typical to have more than one, another way would be to "pin" VPN connections to be always shown under "available networks". 

But it is also a bit confusing that the always-existing VPN is shown in the same space as the variable local networks, with passwords, login and all. So I having a seperated section easily accessible would be great!
