Bug 473196

Hello,
When I open the latest projects made with version 23.04.2, I get the following message:
Missing effects: frei0r.alphaspot,mask_start-frei0r.alphaspot will be removed from the project.
How to install this plugin under flatpak?

SUMMARY
A file created **beginning of August** that contained the Alpha Spot effect on multiple occasions loses its alpha spot effects when opened with the **last two flatpak refresh versions (starting on 11th of August)** (with error “Missing effect: mask_start-frei0r.alphaspot will be removed from project” on opening).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a file created with a previous version (before the refresh of 23.04.3 that happened on the 11th of August) containing alpha spot effect
2. error

OBSERVED RESULT
The effects are removed. But can be added back.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file opens up normally

Just tried rolling back and I can open my old file with the version commit `96283dec3255b03de3beacee266b6e12a33b83952851312917f57049613861e2` but I can't with `14ed8e51329c86bb417d2f2e84d8719beeeffedf05bfbef9142f3a46f8c04681`. 
One of the few commits in between brought the issue.

Tried with the latest version, mask_start-frei0r.alphaspot is still not found. Has it been removed?
It looks like the file still exists in the repo though

MLT decided to rename the filters. Fix is already underway (see this commit https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/commit/eb7ef279aea3e204e4a8ca422fd56639965e5046)
