STEPS TO REPRODUCE

EXPECTED RESULT: To be able to start the application

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10 Pro 2009 10.0.23516.1000
KDE Connect [KDE.KDEConnect] Version 23.04.3 (1410)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Works fine in release kdeconnect-kde-23.04.0-1322

Tried the following:
qt.conf does not exist - created one, but didn't help
Installed both standalone and full versions.

Seeing this too. I don't see anything in the diff between 23.04.0 and 23.04.3 of kdeconnect itself that would cause this, so it must be because of some change in how the build system constructs the installer or something.

Same error, as temporary workaround you can use the nightly builds, they seem to be working: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/kdeconnect-kde_Nightly_win64/
