Using ICQ in Kopete: I cannot communicate with Russian speaking people who use Windows client -- cyrillic text is shown in wrong encoding and i can not change it.

I have this trouble in kopete-0.9.x too. But in kopete-0.8.4 this problem is not exists.

In debug info i see: each incomming message used as UTF-8 message! I cannot accept message in other coding
