STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Task Switcher KCM
2. try to set a keyboard shortcut including a dead key (like alt+tilde or alt+acute accent) to walk through the current app
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

No crash on Arch Linux, but the shortcut with a dead key does not work.
