SUMMARY
I selected picture, applied and when involve (Win+L - locking desktop) the screen is black with bright text like time, etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start System Settings
2. Select Screen Locking
3. Click "Configure"
4. Select any picture (I have Milky Way, like in attached screenshot)

OBSERVED RESULT
Black screen with bright text (no picture)

EXPECTED RESULT
Selected picture should be shown

The same happens for "Shutdown" and "Restart" screen.
