ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It would be very helpful if you could move the tracks in Kdenlive in their order. Of course with all their clips in the timeline.

I’m not sure If this is possible due to the track internal logic. 
But yes, why it should not be possible to move/re-arrange video tracks and audio tracks individually.

A good alternative would be to be able to transfer the complete content of a track, including the filters, easily and safely from one track to another.
