STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Kdenlive master build on Windows
2.  Put any type of media that kdenlive supports on the timeline
3.  Then click the render button then click render file. It should say "open" instead of "save as". 

OBSERVED RESULT
It should ask you to open up a folder 

EXPECTED RESULT
You can't save your finished video.

I can confirm this for the Linux appimage (tested on Pop!_OS 22.04)
