STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the add clip or folder dialog
2. View the videos/images

OBSERVED RESULT
Videos and images are not showing preview of the acutual video/image, making it hard to know what I'm selecting

EXPECTED RESULT

I should see a preview of the video/image

Bug still exists as of Version 24.02.0. If you need help more information let me know, not sure if the developer even investigated this bug.
