Using Akonadi 5.23.3, I get a persistent iowait load of 100 % on one CPU core. I see this on two different machines running this version on Artix Linux. Stopping the Akonadi server makes the load drop to 0 %. Deleting the ~/.local/share/akonadi cache and rebuilding it did not solve the problem. The iowait load stays at 100 % for one core all the time.

I don't see this on my Gentoo machine running Akonadi 5.23.2, and also not on another Artix machine running this version.

I'd happily provide all debugging information you may need to track this down, if you tell me how to acquire them ;-)

Sorry for the noise, folks – this is actually a Kernel bug.

Happens with 6.4.6, does not happen with 6.4.2. Should be
