STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open new sequence
2. add clips to new sequence
3. click zoom to fit project

OBSERVED RESULT
zoom stays the same

EXPECTED RESULT
zoom to fit project

Same happen with me.

Having more then 1 sequence in project will perturb the correct perform of "Fit Zoom to Project". Sometimes it work, sometimes not.
