SUMMARY

There's a high chance that folder view won't show newly added files on desktop unless they are added by folder view itself. Turning folder view off and on solves this issue, "refresh icons" does nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on folder view for desktop layout
2. Use it for some time and try adding/removing files from `~/Desktop`

OBSERVED RESULT

Sometimes the added/removed files are not updated accordingly in folder view, they show up fine in Dolphin though.

EXPECTED RESULT

Removed files should be gone and added files should appear in folder view

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you have just turned on folder view, it will very likely behave normal. Just use it for some time and observe, I currently don't have a reliable way to reproduce this bug
