NeoChat Nightly Flatpak (23.11.70) shows all notifications with a colorful Plasma logo, and not the avatar of the chat.

Not sure why that would happen, sounds more like a bug on plasma's side

Thankfully it doesn't happen in 24.08.3 anymore
