STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  kdiff3.exe ".kdiff3rc"  "kdiff3rc"
2. Select on A pane: ApplicationFont
3.  Ctrl+Y
4. Select on B pane: ApplicationFont
5.  Ctrl+Y

OBSERVED RESULT
Crash

EXPECTED RESULT
Re-aligned

The crash appears to be resolved in the latest source both stable and dev. However it is unclear to me exactly what changed this.
