STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. insert any clip
2. add "Move & Resize 
3. add "Rotate" (this order is crucial)

OBSERVED RESULT
Effect "Move & Resize" enlarges the image, but the total size of the image remains the same (the rest disappears in black).

EXPECTED RESULT
Move & Resize effect enlarges to full screen
