Dolphin's AppData.xml file has a "contribute" link; see https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/blob/master/src/org.kde.dolphin.appdata.xml.

But this link doesn't appear anywhere on https://apps.kde.org/dolphin. It should, under the "Get involved" section in the sidebar.

This can be used to centralize information on how to contribute at the project's own README files, so we can avoid creating endless redundant wiki pages full of information on how to contribute that inevitable get out of date.
