STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Plug in tablet
2. Go to settings > input devices > Drawing tablet
3.  Pad shows "none."

OBSERVED RESULT

No option to edit pad buttons.

EXPECTED RESULT

An option to edit pad buttons.

Never mind. I figured it out by running this:

sudo udevadm hwdb --update

Because after plugging it into another system, I found it odd that it
worked there but not on my system. But all the other systems didn't have
this present: /etc/udev/hwdb.bin

So, I became curious. And I discovered my issue was linked to that.
