STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reports / Transactions  by month
2. Filters Select  All Accounts,Categories,Tags,Payees,
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Tags Column is empty (except for " [No Tag]"  in some cases of Category - Transfers)

EXPECTED RESULT
Tags column should be completed with Tag names where appropriate

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Although Transactions by Tags works well
There are the same problems with Transactions by Category, Transactions by Account, Transactions by Payee
