STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have emails you need to delete
2. Click delete on individual emails

OBSERVED RESULT

Email is deleted, but all the rest of the mail disappears, requiring to click onto another folder and then back again for them to reappear, and then repeat the process for each email.

EXPECTED RESULT

Email is deleated

I have seen this over many releases/years.
I think it is something to do with the threading. FWIW I have the Mailing List option set.

I just ran a quick test and it does not seem happen with the "flat" view options.

View > Message List >  Aggregation >

Thank you for this, I will give it a try. Hopefully this gets repaired at some point.
