Panel overlaps Kickoff

See attached screenshot. Possibly the same issue or same root cause as Bug 470807.

Hi, I don't know if it's related.

I use Kicker instead: if I go to a category which has "too much" items, bottom panel ovelaps the popup menu which opens as well.

It's Wayland specific: in X11 menu has a normal behavior.

Now it's back to where it was in Plasma 5, which is that Kickoff (correctly) overlaps the panel by default, but you can click the panel to bring it forward and then it will overlap Kickoff. Closing.
