OBSERVED RESULT
But, when i open, there's a visual and functional glitch that make them unusuble. The interface become gore and glitchy, with random text's & symbols. Unusable. Same happen with icon tray in task bar, turning them unusable. pls fix.
EXPECTED RESULT
When you think of opening the System Monitor you expect to work properly and show your system conditions properly, with no visual bugs, and the same kind of error NOT appearing in task bar.

Suddently, the bugs expand, needing to restart the system, internet connection also looks to slow down.
