- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Started KMail and directly afterwards clicked "Check Mail" button. I got this crash regularly since Debian 11 (sorry, late report... didn't figure out before how to add the debug symbols). My workaround is that I usually slow down - start KMail - wait a few seconds -  and only then click Check Mail. Thought not sure if the crash even does anything that matters, kmail continues to run.

Same crash also often happens if I click Check Mail twice in a row. Thought not always - some days (rather seldom) it allows me to click endless without getting this crash.

Possibly mail database is messed up. It's imported over and over since KDE 2.x times and the amount of times I had to run akonadictl fsck over the years to get rid of other problems (double mails, undeleted mails, etc) is very high.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
