SUMMARY
While on wayland and when the window is unfocused, clicking the "View Mode" button in Okular makes the context menu appear in its own window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Log in to plasma wayland session
1. Open Okular
2. Open a document in Okular
3. Unfocus the window (click on a different window)
4. Click the "View Mode" button in Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
The context menu appears in its own window

EXPECTED RESULT
Okular is focused and the context menu appears next to the cursor

Can reproduce with okular 23.04.3-1 on Arch Linux.
