When trying to open a ircs:// protocol link, Konversation attempts to open it in port 6667. Instead it should be using port 6697 as assigned by IANA.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any ircs:// protocol link in browser without a specified port
2. Let Konversation open the link

OBSERVED RESULT
Konversation attempts to use port 6667 to connect to the server

EXPECTED RESULT
Konversation should use port 6697 when using ircs://

Per RFC 7194[1] port 994 was historically assigned for TLS/SSL, but appears to have been replaced with 6697 "ircs-u" in the IANA registry. Konversation doesn't use 994 either.

This is still an issue. Links on the Arch Linux wiki get opened with the wrong port.
