"P" proxy clip tag in Timeline, not translated.

SUMMARY
The "P" letter that shows at clip headers when a clip is using its proxy doesn't show translated in the Timeline. It does so in the Project Bin though.

Attached is a screen capture showing how it shows in the Spanish UI (where it should read "R", instead of "P").
