Add support for the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) through kwin by implementig the RDP backend like weston and mutter.

This is too big a task to be an actionable bug report.

But please see development here https://invent.kde.org/ahiemstra/krdp/ it has builds that work currently. 
File any issues there. It's going to become a KDE project soon.
