Geolocation of old images is not always precise. Sometimes you know the general area (e.g. city) but cannot place the image more precisely. It would be useful for each geolocated image to have a *radius of uncertainty*. The user could draw it on the map.

This is similar to how the "Find My" app works on iOS when a person's location cannot be determined precisely, but can be said to be within the circle.

There is GPSHPositioningError tag for this. Surely some UI will be helpful
