shiboken2-dev doesn't build as the cmake file points to /workspace/usr instead of just /usr

new 5.15.10 build is up.  does it fix the problems??

No. This file `/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/Shiboken2-5.15.10/Shiboken2Targets-relwithdebinfo.cmake` still has wrong filepaths on L21 and L25

The filepaths should not start with `/workspace`

New build up.  I believe it's fixed.  Confirmation would be appreciated 🙂
