SUMMARY
Minimizing then unminimizing all windows changes virtual desktop

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure at least 2 virtual desktops (row number does not matter)
2. Add a "Pager" widget to your panel
3. Add a "Minimize all Windows" widget to your panel
4. Have windows open on both virtual desktops
5. Be on the first virtual desktop
6. Click the "Minimize all Windows" widget.
7. Click the "Minimize all Windows" widget again.

EXPECTED RESULT / OBSERVED RESULT
The second click should restore all minimized windows, but it instead causes you to switch to the second virtual desktop, which is extremely annoying.

Aha, this was fixed recently for Plasma 6.2
