STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okular
2. Launch Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
All toolbars, buttons, and context menus are white on dark mode which makes them unreadable

EXPECTED RESULT
toolbars, buttons, and context menus are supposed to be in dark mode

The first attachment is with a nightly version and the second attachment is the the stable version

Same here. Tried with Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 clean and fully updated everytime deleteing settings %LocalAppData%\okular. Tried several nightly builds from 23.04.0-1381 to 23.04.2-1425 including experimental nightly build 1542.
