SUMMARY
When the screen is locked, volume controls are not working properly. I am clicking volume up (keyboard) and the overlay shows, but is rarly (1 in 20 tries) incrementing/decrementing the volume.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen
2. Increase/Decrease volume via keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
Not changing

Hmm, cannot reproduce in Plasma 6; everything is fine here.
