Okular fails to draw smooth text's outlines with Poppler backend

Okular, with Poppler as backend, seems to generate bad outlines for many fonts, I tested the same file with MuPDF backend but it looks fine with it. I raised the bug to Poppler and they told me to generate ppm from pdf file using pdftoppm tool then verify the output, and it seems Poppler generates correctly the outlines.
