Created attachment 159626 [details]
There is a dab on the right that clearly sticks out from the rest.

SUMMARY
When using a brush with Rotation enabled and a drawing angle sensor, using the shape tools will usually spawn at least one dab that's incorrectly rotated and incorrectly spaced. See attachment for an example.

This happens regardless if it's ellipse tool, rectangle tool, or selection tools with Stroke Selection.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Dry Textured Creases brush.
2. Set spacing to 2.00.
3. Select Ellipse tool and draw a large circle.

OBSERVED RESULT
One dab will be an odd one out in terms of its spacing and rotation.

EXPECTED RESULT
All dabs should be perfectly spaced and rotated.

Regardless if rotation is enabled or not, there will still be an incorrectly spaced dab.

I can reproduce this is 5.2.11

The position of the erroneous stamp suggests to me that this could be as simple as the initial stamp having an off initial rotation and it doesn't get corrected until the next stamp where the emulated drawing direction is clearer.
