SUMMARY
I just upgraded using apt dist-upgrade on my kde neon. It upgraded a lot of packages and now all the system icons are gone.
Custom icons are just fine, like my KiCad, chrome and arduino icons are showing fine.
All other icons, both in menus, launcher, dolphin etc are gone


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to the latest packages
2. Restart
3. Login

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons are missing

Icons should have been visible
