STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select an Effect from the Effects bin (or the equivalent from the Composition bin)
2. Show the information box (i in a circle)
3. Select some text in the information box using the mouse
4. Press Ctrl+C

OBSERVED RESULT
The selected text is not copied to the clipboard

EXPECTED RESULT
The selected text is copied to the clipboard

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Copying to the clipboard works OK using the right-click menu where it also says Ctrl+C is the shortcut
