STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Access "Setting" (Upper Bar) > Configure Kdenlive...
2. Go to "Capture" > "Audio"
3. Change Sample Rate to 48000 Hz
4. Click "Ok"
5. In Editing Layout, go to "Audio Mixer"
6. Click in "Record Audio" to any track
7. Make the record
8. Access "Clip Properties" to file record in "Project Bin"
9. Audio frequency will be 44100 Hz

OBSERVED RESULT
Clip of Audio Record will gonna be 44100 Hz Audio frequency, although to set 48000 Hz, in "Configure Kdenlive".

EXPECTED RESULT
Audio Record have 48000 Hz Audio frequency set in "Configure Kdenlive".

Windows: 10 Pro

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 22.04 (I tested too)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I fill the info to Linux system because the same problem happen there, in AppImage Kdenlive version 23.04.1 . (Sorry about my english, :P ).
